Pricing

Pricing can vary depending on location of the delivery site. 

12 Cubic Yard Dumpster: (Pricing includes 1 ton (2,000Lbs) in disposal fees, anything over 1 ton will be billed at $0.05/Lb)

• 1 Day Rental: $295 ​(24 hours)

• 3 Day Rental: $315 (72 hours)

• 5 Day Rental: $335 (120 hours)

      *-Overage fee (over 1 ton in debris): $0.05/Lb for each pound over the included 1 ton disposal fee.

​        -Additional daily rate: $20/day for each day over the initial rental period that the customer ordered.​​​

16 Cubic Yard Dumpster: (Pricing includes 1.5 tons (3,000Lbs) in disposal fees, anything over 1.5 tons will be billed at $0.05/Lb)

• 1 Day Rental: $355 ​(24 hours)

• 3 Day Rental: $375 (72 hours)

• 5 Day Rental: $395 (120 hours)

      *-Overage fee (over 1.5 tons in debris): $0.05/Lb for each pound over the included 1 ton disposal fee.

​        -Additional daily rate: $20/day for each day over the initial rental period that the customer ordered.​

The customer will be charged for the intial rental period once their request is accepted. Any overage, or specialty item fees will be charged to the card on file after the dumpster is picked up and dumped. 

Rental Period

• The rental period begins at the time of dropoff and isn't over until you have had the dumpster for the full amount of time (1 day=24hrs, 3 day=72hrs, 5 day=120hrs). Unless you finish early, then we can pick the dumpster up sooner.

• 7 day max rental period.

• The dumpster will be picked up at the end of the rental period around the same time that it was delivered at, unless the customer finishes early or requests additional days. If necessary we can decline the request for additional days.

• No charges will apply if we are unable to pick up the dumpster on the scheduled day.

Prohibited Items

• NO MIXED LOADS- Household items must not be mixed with materials such as wood or yard waste, and vice versa. We can still provide a dumpster for all of these items, we just can't allow you to mix household items with construction debris or yard waste in the same dumpster.

• No Heavy Materials- Rock, concrete, brick, tile, plaster, dirt, sod, shingles, or other heavy items.

• No Batteries of any kind

• No Asbestos

• No Biohazard Materials- Includes fecal matter, deceased animals, medical waste, or any material contaminated with infectious substances.

• No Food Waste

• No Liquids

• No Weapons 

• No Railroad Ties

• No Paint/Stains or Chemicals

• No Tires with Rims Attached

• No Fuel/Gas or Pressurized Tanks (Propane tanks, oxygen tanks, fire extinguishers, ect.)

Special Items with Additional Charges

These items will be billed separately from your initial rental fee.

• Overage fee (over 1 ton): $0.05/Lb for each pound over the included 1 ton disposal fee.

• Mattresses/Box Springs: $15.00 each

• Tires: $10.00 each (rims must be removed)

• Hidden Paint/Chemicals: $100.00 minimum fee

• Dry run fee: A $100 dry run fee can be charged after an attempted pickup for a dumpster that is blocked (by a car, debris, equipment, etc.), and also for a dumpster that is overloaded.

• Overloaded Dumpsters (loaded over top rail or to heavy to pick up): $100.00 dry run fee and must be fixed before the second pickup attempt.

Access and Ground Conditions

The customer is responsible for:

• Insuring that they have a level, solid surface for the dumpster to be placed.

• Providing free and suitable access to and from the delivery site, including the removal and reinstatement of local obstructions.

• Ensuring suitable ground conditions for the delivery, placement, and removal of the dumpster.

• Protecting surfaces (e.g., paving slabs, soft ground) before delivery.

Note: No responsibility will be accepted for damage to any surface.

Customer Responsibility for Damages

The customer will be held responsible for any damages caused during the delivery, placement, or removal of the dumpster.​

The customer is not allowed to load, or move the dumpster with any type of equipment or machinery. The customer will be help responsible for the repair/replacement of any damaged dumpster.
